As well as the care of your animals and pets etc, our Pet Sitters fill their days with a wide variety of activities they can do whilst in your home. Sometimes it might be writing poetry.... Here is a one from Lesley.
..The Walk..
We walked in woods, the trees so tall and straight
We walked along the wooded path until we reached the gate
Stepping over logs and brushing past the ferns
This way, that way, the path I am sure to learn
We came across some sheep in the morning sun
I kept Meg close to me so they wouldn’t up and run
We came across a pony standing by the gate
I didn’t have a carrot so she will have to wait
We passed some juicy berries I ate just one or two
We stopped for just a moment had something in my shoe
Now we are heading home again to rest our tired legs
Sit and have a cuppa and a hug with Megs…
Whilst Pet Watch was initially the idea of Lyn Martin - and she the only sitter, the success of the business has necessitated extra Sitters to cope with the demand.

Our charges start from £40.00 for house sitting and £50.00 for pet sitting with one dog for 24 hours. Full details are shown below.

Mileage Allowance;
The client will pay the sitter a mileage allowance of 50p per mile.
Set-up Visit
There is no charge for the initial set-up visit, however, mileage allowances are charged at our standard rate. This also applies to the client meeting any new subsequent pet sitter.
Holiday Surcharges
Services scheduled on the following days will incur double charges. Fuel charge normal rate.

A 30% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required within 14 days of booking confirmation/date of invoice. The balance to be payable to the Pet Sitter within 14 days of completion of the pet sit. Payment accepted by cheque, BACs or cash.
