This was the first time we have used a pet-sitting service and we were thrilled with everything. Lyn and Elinor came over to meet us and our 2 dogs and 1 cat before the pet-sit which definitely helped and put us at ease. Elinor was fantastic with the dogs and cat - it was obvious that she really loves animals. We had left a list of the animals' daily routine and it was great to know that they were happy at home without us. It was also nice to know that our house was taken care of - in fact it was absolutely spotless on our return. We would definitely recommend Elinor as a sitter and we can't wait to go away again!

We are delighted with the West Wales Pet Watch service. We met Tina and Lyn prior to our holiday and they spent time going over the needs of our two dogs Ellie and Mari.  Tina was exceptional and did an excellent job in the care she bestowed on them. Especially Ellie who has not long been rescued and is timid and anxious.  She even got up during the night to check on her as was still having accidents. We were very fortunate to have emails and face time with Tina so we could tell for ourselves how the dogs were doing and it put our minds at rest as it was the first time for us. It was special as we were anxious ourselves about how Ellie was going to react to being left.  They kept to their usual routine and had some lovely walks. It was always apparent that their needs came first. The house was also spotless on our return, I'm sure it was cleaner than when we left it! Our flight was delayed for an hour and a half but Tina could not have been more accommodating of this, especially when we didn't get home till late. We could not have asked for a better experience for the dogs and us and will definitely be using the service again.

Erin came to look after my 2 cows, 2 dogs a cat and assortment of poultry.  I live in a very isolated position, a mile from where Erin parked her car, she was in no way fazed. All my animals were well looked after, they were talked to and more importantly listened to. Tosca had lots of fun whilst Erin threw sticks for her and Gazza reminded her (in case she had forgotten ) when treats were due. The cows were kept spotlessly clean, just how I like them and enjoyed the attention Erin gave them. I have no hesitation in recommending Erin to you.

Lesley came twice daily over the Christmas period  to attend to my two horses. I was very pleased with the care they received, so booked her to come and do a 'live in' pet sit to include the dog as well. During this time Lesley had to care for an injured hoof on one of the horses She's a big horse!.....which she carried out most professionally. We returned home to find  some very contented animals and a spotless house, and have consequently made two more bookings for later in the year. I have no hesitation in recommending West Wales Pet Watch and their services.

With three special needs rescue dogs, finding the right person to be with them when I'm away on business is essential. When Tina is here, I have complete peace of mind about my beloved fur friends because they all adore her. She's really sensitive to their individual quirks and her calm, caring and gentle disposition is something they all respond to so well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tina.

e have used West Wales Pet Watch for day sits before but we have just had our first weekend long pet sit. We thought we would feel very strange with someone staying in our house but it has been an absolute revelation. Lyn put us at ease from the moment we first met her and it gave us such peace of mind knowing that our furry and feathery friends were being well looked after while we were away. We came home to very contented and pampered dogs, cats and chickens. We really couldn’t recommend Lyn and West Wales Pet Watch enough.

Just wanted to say that West Wales Pet Watch are a pleasure to use. Both Erin and Clare were excellent looking after our three pigs. I would not hesitate in recommending them and using them again many more times in the future.

This was the first time I have used a pet sit service and was very pleased to find Lyn and Clare. It was short notice but they arranged to call and meet the animals:- 2 dogs 2 cats geese sheep and goats. Clare was a lovely warm person who clearly loves animals - the dogs were well exercised during our break. We came home to a settled clean house, and despite having no phone line or internet Clare managed very well. I will definitely use this service again and have already recommended to friends. It is great to know that we can all go away together as a family and leave our pets in good hands.

This was our first Pet sit with West Wales Pet Watch. Lyn came to the house to meet us first and then introduced Lesley who came and stayed with our fabulous felines in June. Lesley was fantastic, she not only looked after our young cats but also had the care of our 14 and 15 year olds who needed daily medication which she gave with great care. We came home to very happy cats, watered plants and a beautifully clean house which is such a bonus to walk into after time away. I would highly recommend Lyn and her team, we have over the years used another national pet sitting service and Lyn gives an equal service, just much closer to home which is an asset.
