Being the first time we have used a service such as Lyn offers through West Wales Pet Watch, we were extremely nervous as to how we were going to take leaving our precious Tom (cat) and our house in the hands of a total stranger.  We need not have worried!  When Lyn, Sue Normington and Sue Whitehead came to our house for an initial meeting to talk through everything with us, we found Lyn extremely kind but professional too, which again put our minds at rest.  Nothing seemed too much trouble when we explained about Tom's likes, dislikes, habits etc. Everything we did for him, they would do - and more. Our first sitter Sue Normington, went above and beyond our expectations. What a lovely person she is.  She always kept in touch with either texts, phone calls (if we panicked too much) and above all photos of Tom (obviously not missing us at all). The house was spotless on our return.  She is due another visit next week and we are so relieved that we can now go away without worrying.  Sue Whitehead is due to take over for a few days in the middle of the 'sit' and having now met her I know that she will be equally welcome here. You can just tell with some people that everything will be 'alright'.  We thank our lucky stars the day we met Lyn, Sue and Sue, we are very grateful.

Laura was excellent at her house sitting looking after my home and three cats. The house was spotless and so tidy on my return, the cats seemed happy and contented. We kept in regular contact while I was away and she was capable, trustworthy and efficient. If I need to use your services in the future I would love to have Laura back again. Thank you so much I had a trouble free and worry free break thanks to your services.

We recently had Laura Lofty come to look after our young cockerpoo at our home whilst we swanned off to a wedding in Birmingham for the weekend.  We were a "little anxious" about leaving our little pooch for the first time and this was the first time of employing the services of a stranger to look after both our precious pet and our home.  However Laura was absolutely wonderful with Maja, who settled with her quite happily, and was careful and respectful in our home.  I would have no hesitation in having her come here again or in recommending her services.

The care given by Laura was excellent - the cats were well looked after whilst we were away and, on our return, were very relaxed and seemed to regret the fact that we had returned and Laura had left.  Not only was she good with ""Tippy"" and ""Twinks"" but, on entering the house, there was a sense of something different about everything - it took a few seconds to realise that the house was tidier than when we left... particularly the kitchen. Once again, a successful cat-sit and we're extremely satisfied with the service provided by you. In our opinion, Laura is an excellent addition to your team and we'll have no hesitation in welcoming her into our home when we next have need of your services.

[New] Sue looked after our dog Sam for us to have a 2 week holiday away. Just knowing that Sam was being looked after at home meant so much . When we returned Sam had obviously been  very well cared for, he looked happy and healthy. Our house was left immaculate also. I would definitely use this service again and would recommend to anyone. Just to have peace of mind meant everything.

I was very pleased with the way Bella was looked after. She seemed very happy when we got back off our holiday and the house was very clean. Great service. I'm glad you enjoyed looking after Bella.

I decided to ask West Wales Pet Watch to look after my three dogs following a recommendation from a friend. Lyn introduced me to Mel, who has recently joined West Wales Pet Watch. Mel has looked after my dogs on two occasions now. It was lovely to see the welcome the dogs gave Mel when she arrived for her second visit. They obviously were happy being cared for by Mel. Mel spent time getting to know them and because she is a happy, easy going person they responded well to her. Two of the dogs are ex puppy farm and Mel's previous experience came to the fore in making them relax. I was able to go away for a few days and feel assured my dogs were happy. I have already asked for further dates this year and I hope Mel will be able to look after my dogs in the future.

We engaged West Wales Pet Watch for the second time in April as we were going on a one-off 23 day holiday.   New Dee and New Sue were amazing.   We have two very active dogs who had plenty of exercise and one elderly dachshund who was expertly cared for.   My neighbours reckoned our active dogs were being walked every time they looked out.   Obviously, not quite right but it's good to know and everyone around our home was asking who these great house/pet sitters were.   My home was also like a new pin in return.  I am just so grateful to West Wales Pet Watch.   I have nothing but praise and will be using them again and again.   Thank you to the whole team.  Thanks Lynn.  You have a great team.   See you all again in 2020 if we have a holiday!

Lesley did an excellent job looking after our smallholding.  We have not left our animals, in particular our dogs with anyone other than a close family member before and we were quite anxious as we have 6 dogs and they range from St Bernard to Jack Russell and can be quite a handful. We needn't have worried as the dogs took to Lesley immediately which meant that we could take our break feeling reassured and relaxed.  We returned to happy animals and very happy and relaxed dogs.  We have used West Wales Pet Watch on two occasions so far and are happy to recommend the service, in  particular Lesley and new Dee.

We were more than happy with the service and thought that Dee was absolutely brilliant with Charlie. Dee sent us a text to reassure us that everything was fine and what they had been doing which meant we had peace of mind the whole time we were away. We would highly recommend Dee as a pet sitter and when we use the service again, would request that Dee would sit for us. Will definitely use the service again.
