We felt really bad that Dee had to cope with such extreme weather conditions which she did marvellously. We were very impressed with everything she did for the dogs and chickens and ducks, it must have been challenging at times!!!! We hope the awful weather won't put her off sitting for us again if necessary as we would love to have her back again.

Many thanks to [New] Dee for taking such good care of our birds and for ensuring that everything was safe, especially as she made an extra trip in horrible weather to see that the chickens were OK.  We are so glad to have found West Wales Pet Watch as we now know we can go away and leave our birds in safe hands.  Thank you Dee!

Just to say Martine was lovely & a big hit with Sam.  I can tell he had a busy time/lot of attention as he settled very quickly after I was home, suitably tired & none of the attention seeking! Also the house was just how I had left it, maybe even cleaner! Massive thanks.

We are absolutely delighted with Martine, what a lovely, kind and reliable person to have in the house!  We came back to a relaxed and happy Baby [Great Dane] and Cat and  no signs of separation anxiety damage to the house, because Baby really liked Martine and this was obvious from the first few minutes. Thank you so much for your help. I have written to thank Martine, but I wanted you to know how delighted we are. We shall be in touch again as soon as we plan our next trip, but of course we know that is subject to your availability.

Just to say that we were quite apprehensive with a new sitter for our brood. However, Martine was excellent. She was quite nervous at first and understandably so with four dogs to look after but she made notes and sent some lovely texts to us to reassure us while we were away. She left our home clean and tidy and the dogs were settled on our return. We will definitely ask for her again.

Dee did a fantastic job. Bella and the chickens were cared for wonderfully and she followed our instructions to the letter.  We couldn't even tell anyone had been staying in our house while we were away, everywhere clean and tidy when we got back, and a very relaxed dog :-)  Very professional and would highly recommend Dee! I recently used your pet-sitting service for the first time and would like to say how easy and straightforward the whole process was. You're very business-like and professional. The lovely Kate was a joy to meet and even sent pictures of my cat to me while I was away. For any pet lover, this is just perfect. It is great to find a service that looks after pets in their own surroundings and that is what West Wales Pet Watch does.  I was delighted with the pet sitting service from Martine. I felt instantly at ease when I first met her and knew that my dogs were in safe hands. On our first meeting she took notes about the dogs' routine and asked lots of questions and I felt reassured that she would look after them well. She was very conscientious. ur three border collies are only really used to been looked after by us at home or a family member so it was with some trepidation that we looked into finding the right care for them when we all went to our son's graduation recently. Following a recommendation we got in touch with Lyn at West Wales Pet Watch and since then we have been reassured and impressed with their relaxed professionalism from the start. Lyn and (new) Dee came out for a site visit, to meet us and the dogs and it was quite obvious from this that Dee is a lovely, friendly, honest person quite at ease with the dogs. Dee showed a great deal of interest in getting to know the dogs and hearing from us what they like and don't like. By the time we left for the weekend Dee was already grooming one of the dogs who was relaxed and loving it! At our request, over the weekend Dee sent us regular messages which were greatly reassuring. When we returned the dogs were happy and relaxed and the house was tidier than when we left!
