Just wanted to say how happy we are to have had John look after Fynley.This was the first time Fynley has been left since we lost his other doggy companion,who was Fynley's "mentor" since puppyhood over the last 8 years. We were not surehow he might have been, but he was fine, relaxed and happy - John looked after him so well.Our old semi feral cat Sooty was also well cared for, food is very important to her even if petting is out of the question!!It means we shall have no hesitation in asking West Wales Pet Watch to look after Fynley again,particularly John if he is available. C & L B. A big thank you to you and Ruth who called in twice daily to feed and check up on our four chickens and five rabbits whilst we were away on a much long awaited break for a few days. We felt very happy and confident that all the animals would get the best attention and all were content and well on our return. So very happy to have found you.  

I am so glad to have found West Wales Pet Watch.  Lyn has been so helpful and accommodating with our needs. Our sitters Rob & Julie only came to feed our cat once a day for 3 days as requested, they were very professional and we came back to a happy and well fed cat.  We are booking them again for our future trips!

I am more than happy to recommend Ashleigh who looked after my very anxious rescue dog Chewie. From the outset I felt reassured leaving him in her care. Ashleigh was keen to know about Chewie's requirements and habits and I was also reassured with the photos and daily updates on his well being. Whilst writing I would also like to add a thank you Lyn for your very personal and caring business. It is very reassuring meeting you with the prospective sitter giving us confidence in leaving our pets.

Jane and Paul looked after my old dog for 7 nights. They were very thorough going through my dogs likes and dislikes, as well as the ins and outs of my home, which set me at ease. They had to follow a complicated medicine regime since my dog is ancient and partially sighted but it was followed to the letter. Upon returning Rigsby was relaxed and happy. The house was spotless. We would highly recommend them as sitters.

Having recently moved into the area and not knowing any pet sitters I contacted West Wales Pet Watch and I am very pleased I did.Our sitter Ashleigh looked after our 3 cats. She did everything I had asked of her, even sent me photos daily, which is always a nice touch. Ashleigh is a very competent young lady and I would not hesitate in recommending her or West Wales Pet Watch and will most definitely be using them in the future. 

John has now been here just once, due back again this week, but it is with confidence I am asking him to come back again - and again! From our initial meeting, we were quickly assured of his diligence and reliability - his questions showed how thorough he is about both our house and our beloved elderly cat. He has responded quickly to messages and has been extremely helpful and flexible - my only hesitation in recommending him would be that he is booked up by others when I need him! A strong plus for me is sending me daily messages and photos of Madge - his communication is excellent.

Just to let you know we came back on Sunday to two very happy dogs. They had been very well looked after and the house was clean and tidy. Can you thank Ashleigh and we would have her back to dog sit in a heartbeat assuming she wants to.

I would like to thank you and Lorraine for your excellent service. Chewie was extremely happy with Lorraine and she was very caring and kind to him and obviously loves dogs. She looked after him exactly as I had asked and very kindly sent me photos and a daily update which was very reassuring as it was the first time I had left Chewie in someone else's care. I would be more than happy for Lorraine to look after Chewie should I go away again and also her husband Brian who Chewie was happy to be with when he came over to see her.

We are more than happy to highly recommend Ashleigh, who has now looked after our three family dogs on two separate occasions.Ashleigh is friendly, personable and was keen to know all about our boys so that they would be happy and relaxed while we were away. And they were! It was so lovely to arrive home to three excited, happy dogs.Our two collies have had some issues since our old dog died and Ashleigh displayed understanding, perception and calmness which meant that we felt relaxed and confident that the dogs were in good and capable hands.Ashleigh kept in touch with us to let us know how everything was going which was very much appreciated.And both times we have returned home to a very neat and tidy house!
