We found Sonia helpful and kind. As a rescue dog who had been badly abused Jack has issues and Sonia coped very well with these for the afternoon that she looked after Jack. She took him for walks and was able to bond with him and he showed his trust of her by sitting on her lap. We were very relieved to find someone trustworthy and who loves dogs to look after Jack and would welcome Sonia into our home again.

This was the first time I'd arranged a dog (and cat) sitter at home for my inherited little Jack Russell. You put my mind to rest on your 'set-up' visit when you brought along Erin who would be sitting for Brenda, Pushkin and Zorro. Such a very professional service with everything clearly outlined and all aspects covered for both sides. Erin was brilliant! Very capable and reassuring and obviously has an affinity with animals.  So much so that I could see the disappointment on Brenda's face when she realised Erin was leaving. She even slept on Erin's bed for most of the first night!! She is now trying to teach me Erin's play system-the little madam. Thank you again and I will be in touch for future dates.

We wanted to thank you for sending us Jan. She is such a lovely person and has looked after our pussy-cats so well. They seem to love her already. We have already asked her if she would be able to do a sit in September. She said she would love to, so I will confirm dates shortly.    The break we had was absolutely perfect, and Jan even made us a lemon cake for our return! Thank you West Wales Pet Watch.

Jan came to meet us before looking after our Spaniel Cross & Border Collie.  Our dogs liked her immediately, and so did we. We knew they'd be in safe hands. She was really communicative and relaxed, she turned up on time and took in all the information we gave her.  Jan kept us updated on how the dogs were doing whilst we were away which was a relief as our Collie can be a grumpy old lady sometimes.  Thankfully Madra got over her grump and really enjoyed her time with Jan who handled her perfectly. We can highly recommend Jan as a sitter, and just to make sure no one else nabs her, we've booked her in for our next two holidays. Thank you for such a lovely worry free, time away.

We have had a couple of breaks away recently and Sue Normington came to our rescue on both occasions.  Having previously had the pleasure of Sue as a sitter for Tom, our cat, we were very confident to leave his Lordship in her very capable hands once again. She always keeps in touch to put our minds at rest and nothing is too much trouble for her. Kindness itself plus the house is always spotless on our return. Can't praise her highly enough.

Had Suzanne pet sit our two canine treasures. Initially she visited to meet the dogs, us and the house. We all took to her instantly. It was a two cup of tea visit and then a dog walk.  Appreciated the call from Suzanne the day previous to my trip. The following day she appeared exactly on time and snuggled in with the dogs as I escaped. Upon our return there were two very happy dogs and a warm fire. Perfect.  Will very happily use West Wales Pet Sitters again and particularly Suzanne.

Sonia was the perfect dog sitter! We had never left our dog alone before and that is 8 years and counting. We were delighted to come back to a totally relaxed dog and we felt as if we had struck gold the day we contacted  Pet-Watch. Anyone who chooses your services can only thank their lucky stars. We are truly grateful.

Hi Lyn, Just wanted to let you know that Jan was absolutely wonderful. The dogs adored Jan instantly and were happy with her. The house was clean and tidy, like she'd never even been here!  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jan and I hope that,  when we decide to go on our next excursion, it would be Jan that we'd ask for.

We cannot recommend Kayleigh enough; on our initial meeting she was super easy to chat with and all the way through to the end of her pet care all communication was effortless. We were kept updated regularly on our animals whilst we away which gave us great peace of mind, she went above and beyond to make sure the animals in her care were happy and properly looked after. We would recommend Kayleigh to anyone and would be extremely happy to have her look after our pets again, we can't thank her enough.

Suzanne looked after our very energetic, young Portuguese Water Dog for 6 days last week. We arrived home to a clean and organised home and a happy, healthy and well groomed dog.
