We met Mabli when she visited our home prior to pet sitting for us. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 chickens. One of our dogs is very excitable and the other is a rescue who is very scared of people and anything different, and so we knew it would take someone special to care for them all for a week. Mabli was very friendly and interested in all our individual pets needs and how to care for them. She is clearly an animal lover and very affectionate with them and did heed our advice to ignore our rescue dog to prevent him from having a panic attack. Mabli asked a lot of questions about all our pets and also if she could arrive for our sit a bit earlier so she could refresh her memory and have a quick look at the notes we gave her which she was pleased to have. She is clearly a very competent, kind and reliable lady who took the care of our pets and home very seriously, which put our minds at ease. On our return from our holiday, Mabli had really connected with all our pets, including our rescue dog, and we were delighted with how calm and well-cared for they all were. Our home was also left immaculate, and we have no hesitation in recommending Mabli as she is a delight.

During our recent holiday Mabli came to house sit and look after our pets.  This was her first visit to us and I was pleased to find that she cared for not only the cats but the hangers-on too– sheep, lamb, kites, ravens and various others! She kept me well informed and it was comforting to know that she also felt as deeply for the surrounding countryside and environment as she did the animals. A lovely lady who I hope will be available for future cat sits and I have no hesitation in recommending her to your clients.

I am glad that Ruth enjoyed her time; the animals certainly were happy with her company. They all seemed very settled and relaxed on our return which was very reassuring. I would happily leave them with her again. 

Mabli is very attentive and conscientious while also being a friendly and good natured person and care giver to our dogs. After checking with us on our preference to make sure it was OK, she kept us apprised of how the dogs were doing throughout each day we were away and we had continual reassurance of their safety and happiness. She followed our instructions for their care, feeding, exercise and medication perfectly and she genuinely seemed to enjoy the time she spent with both of our dogs. She was also was very respectful of our home and when we returned it was as the way we left it with her. We can’t recommend Mabli enough and we would recommend her to anyone looking for pet sitting services!

I can’t thank you enough for setting up such an amazing pet service business.  From first contact to follow up aftercare, the service has been impeccable.  Debbie & Lloyd came to our home for the weekend whilst we attended a family wedding in England. These two are a very special couple of obvious animal lovers, they put my mind at rest the moment I met them on the pre-visit and subsequent taster session. My two beagles (one very anxious and the other over confident), took to them from the moment they met and undoubtedly formed a bond by the end of the pet sit. They are both very calm, kind people and have a gift with dogs and their owners (I was very nervous as it was my first time in leaving my dogs) however, they put us all at ease with a very reassuring attitude. We have already booked their services for future dates and would highly recommend this service to any pet owners (including nervous ones, like me!) West Wales Pet Sitting service offers a superb worry free, professional, trustworthy service. Debbie and Lloyd are a lovely couple and have a clear love of all animals. They put our minds at rest when we left our fur babies for the very first time in their capable hands. Our dogs Mollie and Archie and cats Seb, Stan and Harry are our world. Debbie and Lloyd ensured that we had regular updates and photographs which was wonderful and to know all our babies were very happy and getting plenty of cuddles and was very comforting. On returning home it was clear our babies had been well cared for and a bonus was the house had been looked after too. I would recommend Debbie and Lloyd wholeheartedly as would all our furries.. who can’t wait for them to stop over again.

Ruth is friendly, conscientious and loving towards our dogs. She followed our instructions for their care, feeding and medication perfectly and was professional throughout the time we spent with her at the 'set-up' visit. Debbie & Lloyd were absolutely wonderful with Hugo from the minute they met, he warmed to them. He enjoyed a lovely long walk which he adores, and was then the prefect host by snoozing the afternoon away! It was a difficult day as it was one of my parents' funeral, but they were very empathetic and made me feel very at ease. I felt totally relaxed leaving Hugo in their care for the day, a very professional and caring service. Thank you so much.

Due to a family bereavement, our little rescue dog was very unsettled and bereft. She is hardly socialised with other dogs, so for the day of the funeral, rather than putting her in kennels for a day, we contacted Lyn. Lyn brought Rob to meet our dog in advance, and on the 'sitting' day she greeted him as a friend, so he must have made an impression! When we returned after a long, tough day, she greeted us cheerfully, said goodbye to Rob and settled down for a calm evening. We think that Rob's calmness and gentleness when meeting and looking after her turned what might have been a disturbing day into a secure and homely one for her. Thank you.

Just a quick email to say how brilliant Sue Normington is, honestly, I cannot tell you what a breath of fresh air she is and everything is absolutely perfect when we return home. She goes above and beyond and I only have to mention something and it's done. If we need a pet sitter in future I hope it can be Sue, she is fantastic.
