This was our first time using a pet sitting service and it has been an excellent experience. Lyn and her team are not only consummate professionals but also extremely nice people who clearly love furry creatures of all shapes, sizes and varieties.  We recently unexpectedly adopted a rescue dog with severe separation anxiety. Even at short notice Lyn arranged for Erin to come and sit for our two dogs (and cat and chickens). Erin was amazing, we came back to very calm and happy dogs who had clearly had lots of fuss and attention. I'm not sure either of them missed us at all! I would highly recommended using West Wales pet watch if you want peace of mind and a team who will always go the extra mile.

This was our first time using a pet sitting service and we were delighted with the care our two cats received. They are timid but warmed to Erin and Clare. A bonus too - bins emptied and bags taken to end of drive, house and outdoor plants watered and a problem with the outdoor water supply meant Erin was carrying the water some distance. The ladies had also tried to sort this problem by contacting our plumber. This service goes far beyond feeding your animals and I have no hesitation in recommending Lyn and her team. Thank you.

Worried about leaving your house and your precious pet with strangers? We were until we met Lyn, and Clare, our cat sitter; they were  professional,  friendly and eager to learn all they could to ensure that they gave the best possible service during our absence.  Twigs, our cat is 24 years old and often wary of folk so we had never entrusted her with someone she didn't know before. We arrived home to find that Clare had become one of her 'best friends' one of our 'best friends' too for the immaculate state of both Twigs (perfectly groomed and contented) and our house.  West Wales Pet Watch do all and more that they promise and we cannot recommend them highly enough. We will certainly be using them again and again and again.

We came across Lyn and her business after searching on the internet for a pet sitting service to look after our dog Olly at such short notice, as were let down by a friend that was going to look after our dog while we were away for the weekend. I contacted Lyn and she immediately got back to me to say that she would step in. Lyn and her team are very professional at their work and their love and passion for animals can clearly be seen. We have two dogs and do not want them to go into kennels when we go away and they cannot come with us so we began the search for options and quickly found West Wales Pet Watch. We rang Lyn and made an appointment for her to come and see us and our canine companions. Our dogs were well looked after, the sitter adapted to our dogs lifestyle - Harry seems to want to get up at 5.30 for breakfast !!   So our thanks and appreciation go to Lyn and her team for looking after our dogs as well as we do. We are already planning to ask Lyn to look after our dogs again whilst we go away.

We contacted West Wales Pet Watch at the last minute after another pet-sitting company had let us down – and Lyn promised to help us if she could which was great as it was over the New Year (which is why we had booked the other company months in advance!). Initially there was difficulty but Lesley kindly came to us straight after being away on a sit over Christmas – with barely time to go home herself overnight. She is very quiet and calm and we knew from our initial meeting that our cats would take to her and had no reservations about her looking after our 'babies'. When we returned from our break we found the house spotless and the cats settled and happy and we know we have found ourselves a treasure we will happily welcome into our home again. The homemade gift was a lovely touch, plus the milk left for us too knowing we had driven 6 hours back from the airport late in the day. From initial call to the end of our holiday the whole service provided by Lyn and Lesley is excellent, thank you.

We were very pleased to find West Wales Pet Watch. We moved to the area several years ago and searched without any luck to find a sitter in the area. When we had an emergency early this year it threw us into a panic as to what we were going to do and had one last search not expecting to find anything. Fortunately we found West Wales Pet Watch and Lesley came to help us out with only one days notice. We were still unsure about how our three fussy cats would react but we had nothing at all to worry about. They all approached Lesley straight away rubbing around her legs which is out of character for them and we knew everything would be ok. Lesley has a quiet gentle approach to the animals and you could see they were not nervous around her at all. She also looked after my two lots of troublesome chickens who thought it would be fun to jump out of their enclosure and stay out till dark.  On return we found three very happy relaxed cats and the house was very clean and tidy. Lesley had also made us gifts of lavender bags and drawings of our cats. West Wales Pet Watch and Lesley have helped us out three times this year at short notice and I can't thank them and Lesley enough. I definitely recommend them if you want your animals left in caring professional hands

We were lucky enough to have Lyn come to stay and look after our house, dogs, chickens and greenhouse while we went abroad.  We have one very nervous dog who can be quite hard to handle, but Lyn made easy work of it and had him under control in no time.  She was kind enough to realise our concerns, and sent email updates to reassure us that all was well in our absence.  The house was sparkling on our return, the dogs well fed and happy, the chickens all pecking and safe from Mr Fox and the greenhouse bursting and well-tended.  We have no hesitation in recommending Lyn to anyone as she's thoughtful and great with the dogs - all the other attributes are added bonuses!
